Details The Villa del Espíritu Santo is located right in the center of the Island and close to Lake Zaza, important tobacco areas and mountainous regions. The Yayabo Bridge, over the river of the same name, is the symbol of this city and from it you can see the old city and beautiful colonial houses. This comfortable colonial-style hotel, built between 1818 and 1827, took shape from the remains of the former house of the city’s illustrious doctor Rudesindo García Rijo, who also gave the hostel its name.
