Description
Details In 1953 Mina converted her three-story house into the Miramar Hotel. It is said that among its guests are the American actor Errol Flynn and the Cuban poet Nicolás Guillén, as well as Ché Guevara and Fidel and Raúl Castro. The hotel is located facing the coast, a few meters from the gray sands of Playa Miel, very close to the Central Park and just one km from the Municipal Museum of Archeology and the Matachín Fort. On the other hand, if you like to explore nature, from there you can take excursions to natural sites of great beauty, such as the Yumurí River. Over time, the yellow mansion lost its majesty but in 2009 the restoration works were completed that returned it to its current appearance: A quiet residence where you can spend wonderful moments.
